Tart & Tartlet of the Show

Young chefs!! Can you bake a delicious tart dessert?

Bring your Tartlet to the Show Hall on Saturday 18th at 11 am and then be present for the public judging at 12 noon. 

You could win prize money of 1st $50, 2nd $30, 3rd $20.

Rosettes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place holders

  • Entrants must be 17 years and under.
  • Tarts to be delivered on Saturday 18 May by 11 am to the Show Hall.
  • Judging conducted on Saturday 18 May in the Show Hall at 12 noon.
  • All exhibitors to be present for judging.
  • Open faced sweet tart: fruit, jam, etc
  • The base of the tart can be of any type.
  • Tarts should be presented in a tin no larger than 26cm x 2.5cm.
  • All decorations must be edible
  • Tarts must be identified on a piece of card as to the type of tart.
