Your 2019 Freds Pass Rural Show Entries are Now LIVE! The 2019 program will be out in March and will see us “Celebrating 40 Years” and everything great about living in the rural area. Can you believe that a small event that commenced as a school fete in 1978 will celebrate a major milestone of 40 years this year!

The Paddock to Plate marquee will be a key feature of the Show in 2019 and will feature leading Chefs!  Previous years we have had wonderful chefs such as Zac Green (Kakadu Taste) and Betty Banks (runner-up of MKR 2016). Paddock to Plate will also feature a My School Rules competition with Principals from Government Schools within the Rural Area and surrounds participating in this competition.

The entertainment line-up in 2019 will include Local Talent where possible and WATCH THIS SPACE for the headliner act on Saturday.  Sunday will feature Jazz on the Grass with more entertainers and local talent including the Katherine Outback Experience with Tom Curtain. The great Woodchopping Exhibition continues, then One Mob Dance Crew will start the big Woodchop Auction for Gavin Howie- dig deep and support one of our very own local, rural farmers after the horrific accident in January that nearly claimed his life.

The Information will be updated as entertainment and program events are finalised.

The Program here is last years and has much of the same Show Hall Entry sections. The new schedule will be available mid March but you can view online and enter now!
